several words are not being translated into English and I can't use jotform. Why? How can I fix this?

Please go to your settings page through this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
You can change the language to English here. If the issue still persists try clearing your browser cache and set the language to some other language and then English back again. This should work for you.
