How can I repeat fields on the form?

Hi,

I'm creating a form where people can subscript for a Run.

I've added some field where they should enter name, size T-shirt, distance and place to start.

I would like to have the possibility that more runners can subscribe.

Do I need to copy each field or does something exist to repeat or clear fields for next entry?
