Print or PDF file with filled answers

    Hello.

    I wish to make a PDF file or Print the file from jotform when someone fill all my questions and select the checkboxes or the number of stars. The problem is checkbox chose or the stars are not visible on created file. Screenshot in attachment.Can You help?

    Hello,

    I checked the issue and can't replicate. I downloaded the pdf file from submissions page and I can see both star values and checkbox values on my pdf:

    I also enabled the 'send pdf attachment of the submission' option from email settings and the received pdf also contains the values:

    Could you please try these options to have your submissions as pdf's.

    1) Download pdf on submissions page:

    2) Via emails:
