Issues viewing some forms in SafariAsked by acremaschi on December 22, 2010 at 10:11 PM
Hello. I have 13 forms. 11 of them work fine in Safari. There are two that are not showing properly in Safari - they work fine in Firefox, though. See image of faulty form at: http://alejandrocremaschi.com/screenshot.jpg
The addresses for the forms are:
I opened both forms on Safari and did not get the same error. Do you look at the form alone or is it placed on your web site? If this is happening when they are on your web site, can you send the URL of the web page that has this problem. So, I can re-create the problem on Safari.
Sorry, I pasted the wrong URL for the defetive forms. These are the ones that don't show well in Safari:
Would you please check? They are still not showing properly. I am opening the form alone (not pasted)
Checked them both on Safari. I don't see any problem.
This problem usually happens because of the code problems on the "Free Text (HTML)". Deleting and re-creating that field might fix it if it still happening on your end.
