    Form not submitting: the "Incomplete Value" error message is shown after fill all fields, and submitting form.

    One of our adoptees was trying to send form but it won't send. Then we tested it ourselves many times and it won't send always says incomplete.

    Hi,

    I assume that your form is embedded on a website. When you do not fill the required fields on your form you normally should not be able to submit it. Form errors should trigger on the form itself. However, I guess the embedded form's script is conflicting with the rest of the page and that is why you get these error messages after the submit. 

    I suggest you to embed your form with iFrame. Please see how you can do it here:

    Please let us know if that is not the case though. It'd be great if you could specify the direct URL of your form. If it is embedded, the address of your website will also be helpful. I hope the iFrame method will resolve your issue.

    No I did not put on website.  I use the link directly.  Since I couldn't embed it on our website I just send the link to those wishing to fill out adoption application

    I am struggling to find the cause of the error message. I have cloned your form, and made sure the form settings are okay, even cleared forms cache, and made sure to fill all fields, but the issues still happens:
