How to check the total of matrix field?

Hi, I need the Matrix calculation in such a way that the total of all three field (High,Medium, Low) should not exceed to 100 and not below to 100. In all cases the total should be 100. If it exceed to 100, then a message should appear that it increase to 100

 Like this: 

High + Medium + Low = 100 (in all cases)

It is possible to add the values in some columns to another column by setting up a condition as shown below:

However, it is not possible to check the value of a column in the matrix using conditions. So, you may consider having the Total field as a separate field (Form Calculation widget) so that you can set up a condition to check the value from the result.
