AutoFill Form Data

    Hello,

I wanted to know if JotForm had an AutoFill feature (Like web browsers), where when the user enters information for the first time, the jotform will automatically populate their information (Ex. Credit Card last four digits, address, etc...) when they return?

I wanted to implement on my Travel page - www.tbsportsentertainment.com/travel - where they would not have to re-enter address information.

    Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to achieve this with JotForm, this would require the JotForm domain to have access to the user's browser which would not be secure, what you could only do is to enable the auto-fill feature for your form which will save the data as long as the form is not submitted, once they go back to the form in the same browser the data will be loaded and they will not have to re-enter it.

    Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

Another possibility would be to save the user's data and generate custom links, but this would require to provide them with the direct link to your form.

Here's the link to a guide that will help you to pre-fill form fields: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

    Hope this helps.
