    Need change from Bronze package to Silver package

    Hi,

    I have problem when I bough wrong package . So I need to upgrade $39 . But I was bough silver $19 , if I'm upgrade silver package $39 ,it's mean I'll loss $19 . Do you have any best way I'm not loss $19 ?

    I'm waiting for your help.

    Hello,

    Please upgrade to silver plan without any concerns. We can refund the remaining part of your bronze plan. You can also wait for the beginning of the next subscription period. The payments are processed at the beginning of every subscription period.

    I see that you are using PayPal. Please make sure that you disabled your subscription from your PayPal account. Otherwise it will continue to pay the monthly Bronze plan.

    As I said we can immediately make a refund for you if you wish.

    Done upgrade to silver plan.

    I see that your account is now holding Silver monthly subscription and the Bronze monthly subscription is canceled. I have sent a request to refund the last payment for Bronze subscription. Please allow 5 t 7 business days to process the refund and reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
