First of all, I sent several test submission to your form in order to understand the root cause of these problems. Please ignore them.
Regarding thank you page issue : there should have been a glitch somewhere in the system. Since, I was able to replicate the same issue on my side. However, I clicked 'redirect' option and then revert to 'show thank you page' option on Thank you page. After that, your thank you page appeared following submission. Please also try on your side and let us know if the issue persist.
To prevent any further same or similar issue, I'm escalating this problem to our developers for a further investigations.
Regarding Autoresponder : Please note that your autoresponder settings are ok. In addition, I was able to receive autoresponder e-mail following my submissions without any issue. Notifications have been also received successfully.
On the other hand, When I checked your e-mail log, There is only one autoresponder e-mail failed.
Since, that e-mail address was in the bounce list due to following reason. I assume, you sent test submission by entering it and that's why you thought that autoresponder does not work.
Furthermore, I also realised that you also clicked test e-mail button to see your settings works or not. Please note that if you click test e-mail button on your e-mail settings, both e-mails were sent to your registration e-mail.

Thanks for your response. Firstly the thank you page is fine now.
BUT the autoresponder is still not working. I have access to firstname.lastname@example.org that is the registered mail, and here I have received the autoresponder. I have also tried with my own hotmail (email@example.com) and with my work email (firstname.lastname@example.org) which don't receive anything!
Billetbillet mail address is the one where there is a 'sender denied' and bounced, and I would like to get to the bottom of this as well, as we use Jotform at my work and have had trouble receiving mail there too. But the Hotmail is worrying, as many of our customers will have ordinary mail addresses such as hotmail.

Your @hotmail.com email address ended up in our bounce list. I have removed it from the bounce list.
Please note that this is not safe to use @yahoo based email address as verified sender, since Yahoo does not allow sending emails from 3rd party servers on behalf of their name (see Yahoo DMARC policy).
Also, our best recommendation in order to avoid bounce list is to use your own SMTP sender on form.
The sending process and bounces will be handled by your email server in this case.
