Getting error "reached your limits" when sending replies

    Sending replies, I ran into a message, "Oops  .. you reached your limits".  What limits?

    The message is referring to the Email Reply/Forward Submissions limit. Under the Free plan, there is a limit of 20 emails per day. If you are under a Paid plan, the limit is 1,000 per day.

    This is applicable for the Reply submissions, Forwarding submissions, Test Email button in the Email wizard and Share via Email in the Publish wizard
