Why my form calculations are not working properly?

Hello,

I am trying to copy form values to subtotal fields and then calculate a final total on the last page. Some of the values are transferring to the final calculation but some are not. Help?

The problem is in your first field 'Tuition subtotal':

You had a condition that inserts the values and you had values in the wizard:

So just remove the value from the Form calculation widget for that field and it should work fine.
