I created a form a few months ago that I used on my website. The website designers uploaded the form to the website but whenever I populate it the feedback doesn't get directed to me.
I tried to log into the account but it's not recognised so I don't know how to make any enquiries I get from my website come directly to my email.
It is very frustrating and I need help. I have attached a link below to my form and my website. Please help.

The form that you have created is associated with a guest account and so it is not listed in your account. I have now moved the form to your account. You should be able to see the form in your account and manage it.
