Why I'm not able to download submitted file?

    It's very unfortunate that we can't see the resumes that come in - we've been following up with a phone call to have them email us their resume again.
    I hope that we can find a solution or an alternative route for us to collect resumes.

    I checked few of uploads from the form that is affected and I was able to download all of them that I checked, except the one you reported.

    I'm assuming that the file wasn't uploaded completely/correctly so that's why the error message: "not found".

    Did you find any other file that showed the similar error?

    Also, to avoid some similar issues, you could enable Multiple upload feature in your field:

    That way, your customers will be sure that they uploaded the file.

    That was the most recent file that was giving us an issue - other than the first files that I included in my initial ticket. I enabled the multiple upload feature as you recommended.

    It does look like that particular upload was not completely uploaded.  Do let us know if they continue to produce errors and we will take another look.
