Non profit account and PayPal question

    I would like to change my existing account to a non-profit account- is there a way to do that?

    Also- how do I add the Paypal symbol to my form? When using the widget the symbol doesn't show on my form and it makes it confusing.

    You need to apply to nonprofit discount. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/.

    After applying, give us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email that looks like the image below:

    If the application is approved, you can request to switch your regular paid plans to the nonprofit 50% discount.
