Legality of signatures?

Hi there! We are looking into doing waivers through Jotform but are concerned about the legality of the signature. Our lawyer recommended using something like DocuSign but we also need to incorporate payment into the waiver, so having everything in one place would be stellar. Is this something we can do through Jotform? Thanks!
