can forms be set up to send notifications to multiple addresses within the same jotform account?

Yes, you can add up to 10 recipients in a notification:

1) Click on Settings, then on Emails, and click on the plus sign to create a notification:

2) Click on Notifications:

3) Then click on the Recipients tab, and add the recipients:

If you have more than 10 recipients, simply create a new notifications to add the rest. Let us know if you need more help.
