I am placing the URL link in the widget and it still just shows the jpeg icon in the live form. Help!

    Hello kimbrewer,

I did check your form and found that there are two reasons why the images are not being displayed:

#1. In few widgets you are using image URL form other site without SSL. Please note that by default form uses SSL and any unsecured content or image URL without SSL will not be displayed in form.

    Example:

    http://www.browneyedbaker.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/lasagna-5-600-600x400.jpg

If you use this URL and then access your form without SSL, the above image will be displayed.

#2. In other widgets you have used image repository URL:

    https://goo.gl/images/fL7pWZ

Please note that this is not a direct image URL and you need to use your form's direct URL in the widget.

I would suggest you to please upload all the images which you want to display in form and then use the URL in the widget. Please check the screenshot below on how to upload image in form:

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
