Did my form get disabled?

    Hi there! I got a message that my form was not found and that it was disabled.  The forum mentioned that the system will sometimes automatically disable forms if they hit certain flags, so I'm wondering if that might be the case?  Is it possible to re-enable my form?

    Your account was auto-suspended by our phishing detector due to suspicious fields. However, upon checking your form there doesn't seem to be any fields that violate our terms of use. With that in mind, I have now removed the suspension on your account. Your forms should be active and ready to use.
