Why was I charged again if I already cancelled my subscription plan?

    I was charged by jot form on 1/10/17 on my credit card.  I previously cancelled my account and should not be getting charged.  please advise.

    Thanks for letting us know about this problem with being charged again after cancelling.

    I traced your email address above to an account under "tpacompanies" which currently has an Economy Plan associated with it which is the account I believe you are trying to cancel.


    I've gone ahead and cancelled the subscription for you and you will not be charged again. I have also reversed this transaction for you which may take a few days before it's returned. 

    Additionally, please note that this has also now downgraded your account to the free plan.
