Why have not received any answers to my questions?

    I have tried to contact you via this support form and by email to support@jotform.com several times. I have not received any response.

    Your current account was suspended due to a form requesting usernames and passwords.  We do not allow for the collection of usernames or passwords through form for any reason.  I removed those fields from your form and activated your account it should be usable once again.

    As for the email issue, if you wouldn't mind letting us know which form you are working with and what address is not receiving notifications, we will be happy to have a look.
