Is it possible to create such form?

Hi

i am new to jotform and i'd like to create a sponsorship form.  We are hosting an event where people can either sponsor at a certain level or buy individual tickets.  If they sponsor then they get a certain number of tickets included in their sponsorship.  I then need to collect dinner preferences (i.e. Name of guest, dinner preference) for each ticket that is included in the sponsorship level or purchased separately.  They also have an option to donate and additional amount. We then want to process total payment through Stripe.  How do I do this?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. Do you mean to create a form where user can create a payment form where they can buy sponsorship. This sponsorship will give them few tickets but user can also buy tickets separately as well. Based on the number of tickets they buy, you want to to collect name and other details for each tickets. Users can also donate amount as well. Is that correct?
