Can you please give us more details of the major problem with your account? I checked the account (AA_C) and it looks fine. Are you not able to login to your account? If so, please let us know.

The problem has been resolved by changing the user name back to AA_C … Thank you.
Yesterday I sent out a number of help requests as I didn’t hear back from my earlier ones.
There is no problems…
