That's great. OK, so you have a travel booking form and you need to find out the from which page on your site the user has come from.

    1. First you must add a hidden field to the form. It is under "Power Tools". Give it a label such as "product".

    2. Next, text the URL with the hidden pre-populated from URL. For example, if your form URL is http://www.jotform.com/form/111111111, then test this URL:

    http://www.jotform.com/form/111111111?product=test

When you submit this form, do you receive the "text" on the "product" value? If you don't look at the source code of the form and find out the name for the hidden field you added.

    3. Once you have this working, get the IFrame form code. Here is how you can get it. Open your form on the Form Builder:
    - Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    - Click on "Share Form"
    - Click on "Advanced Options"
    - Click on "iFrame Code".

Then add the additional parameters to the code right after the form ID. Example:

    iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/111111111?product=test" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no"
    /iframe

On every page you include the form code, pre-populate the product name from the URL.
