other but the first had stayed under.
While I have your attention, as I do web pages for a few different
organisations is it possible to have one account that can service all
clients? I realise that the email addresses may be a problem.

Yes you can create forms for different clients on single account. I have checked your IP address and you have two accounts Wukky and farquhars. Email addresses of those accounts are not the same.
Do you want to allow your clients to have access to the form you have created for them? If so you can add them as sub account users of your account.
However please note that as Free user you can have only one sub account user.
