Despite multiple submissions enabled, form error occurring

Every time a the form is submitted, the error, "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form." displays.

I have actually triple-checked the form settings and "no check" is selected for the unique submissions setting. Please assist.
