How do I get rid of this to allow more than one submission

If you're using our v3 builder you only need to open the form preferences, go to the advanced tab and there you should find the options that limit the submissions in your form: 

In the v4 builder you need to go to the settings tab, click on the form settings option and show more  button: 

There you will find the options that limit the submissions in your form, setting them to no check should help you to submit the form more than once:
