Hi, thank you for contacting us.
Please check your API credentials to make sure they are correct, as the error implies that they are incorrect.
Another thing to check is your PayPal account's status, in case there are limits imposed on it.
If you need further assistance please let us know. We will be happy to help. Thank you.

In light of the information you kindly provided, could it be that the way you are entering the credentials into the PayPal Pro integration is introducing spaces for example?
You may check for that by using a plain text tool such as notepad, to copy the credentials into it first, then making sure there are no spaces before and after, and then copying from notepad into the integration.
Also, could you please provide us with your form ID or URL, in case the suggestion above doesn't help? Thank you in advance.

I managed to replicate the issue you are facing with the form that you kindly mentioned. I also managed to replicate it on a test form I created.
I am escalating this so that our second level team would inspect it. You will be notified of any action via this ticket.
Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

I'm also having the same problem described by larr85. Do you have an update on it? Unfortunately, I have customers outside US who can only pay with credit card via the PayPal Pro feature.

Unfortunately, there is no update yet on this issue. Since you are also subscribed to this thread, you'll be also updated once we have any update in this regard.
I believe that though the API is not verified and if you have the correct API entered in the payment field, you should be able to get the payments without any issue. I have tested with my Sandbox account which worked fine at my end.
Hope this information helps!
