How can I design a form so a copy of the form with ONLY those fields the person filled out are sent in an email to the person? Currently, ALL fields, filled and blank, are displayed in the email.

It is not posible to include only the fields entered. You can show all fields, or you can remove some fields and only show some of the fieldsfrom e-mail wizard.

To remove some of the fields from an auto-responder email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Auto-responder",
    4. You will see a large textarea that has the contents of the email. Remove the fields you do not need.
