YouTube Widget: Why the video is not updated when previewing the form?

Hello

I am using the Youtube widget on my form. While I am in the editing page, the video links all look correct. When I click "Publish" and use the link to the form, however, older video links show up. Can you tell me why this would be happening?

I have checked this on your form and noticed what you're referring to, I cloned your form and noticed the same issue as well; however, on a new form I cannot replicate the problem and I added a new widget to your form and the issue does not seem to be there. 

You may try removing the widgets and adding them again to your form, this should resolve the current issue, I did it on this cloned form and it works now: https://form.jotform.com/70435569288973
