Hello,
Can I create Forms that would would perform a query search on my MySQL Database, return data to a form, allow the user to edit the data in the form, then would allow the user to submit and Update that record in the MySQL Database. Could users also create a new record in the mySQL Database from the form?
Thanks,
David Kelly

Please be noted that the submission received by a JotForm will be stored in the respective account. Once the form receives the submission, you may send the form submission to MySQL database as well by following the guide.
https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
If you want to query the external MySQL database and to display the information on the form, it is required to write custom code. If you are not a programmer, you may hire one from Upwork or Freelancer websites.
Hope this information helps! If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
