Is there a way to send the submission to more than one email address?

Is there a way we can share the
forms with another party as soon as it's submitted, or have it delivered to
2 emails.

You need to first add a new email notification, here's a screen-cast about it: 

Once in the email wizard you need to go to the recipients tab and add the email recipient address  there:
