I am having an issue with the form, the error message says "This form has exceeded its allocated quota."
Is this due to my account being a free version with limited number of submissions?Page URL:

Yes, you are correct. Note that, free users are limited up to 100 submissions per month. You've overlimited this limit (you currently have 149 submissions for this month) that's why your forms was temporarily set to disabled.

However, if you don't like to upgrade, you have to wait until your account will be enabled again which will be on July 01, 2012 (monthly submissions reset period).
