i want to integrate sms services in form

Hi,

I received your reply for the sms services integration using webhook.

I have create a webhook url. After that i am lost.

Do i need to create a webpage on my website. how does i need to move forward with the sms api. i location is UAE.

Which sms services would be compatible for this.

My main requirement is to send a thank you sms text to the person who is submitting the form where the system takes the mobile number from the form itself.
