When a form is submitted it comes into my email from me? With my name not the guest? Is there something I can change to see who the email is ?

    I have inspected your form and you have set your email address as Sender email. Because of that emails are sent form your email address. It is not possible to set email address of the user as sender email address. 

    However you can add field value of email field or name field form your from inside of Email Subject, so that you can know who submitted your form.
