It would be very convenient to have data from each submission automatically sent to my Google Sheets file every time someone signs up so that I do not have to manually enter the information or use the ap each time to update the file. Is this available?Page URL:

If your form is integrated to Google Sheets, the spreadsheet will be updated automatically when someone completed your form.
