Why emails go to my junk email when my work email is used?

    Hello, I am just wondering why emails go to my junk email when I fill out the form with my work email and when I do it on my personal email it doesn't. 

    I would like to see why the autoresponder emails are going to junk mail?


    In the link attached, it's the button "Ask an Expert" form.

    The recipient email server might be restricting the emails from JotForm. Please mark the email received in the junk folder as Not Spam so that the further emails will be landing in the inbox directly.
