Custom PDF errors when saving multiple text fields

    Trying to create header titles for section of the custom PDF form.

    Jotform is renaming fields and moving locations when I save the report.

     

    The report seems to take long time to save.

    I suggest to reset your PDF submission first by deleting them in your reports. 

    Here's how:

    In your My Forms page, select the form then delete the PDF Design under Reports.

    If you have multiple PDF Design, delete them. I think they aren't necessary.

    After that, edit your PDF submission again. Since your form is a bit lengthy, I suggest to try making changes gradually and then save it.
