I am having trouble with the icontact integration

    You already reported this issue on another thread and my colleage raised it to our developers. 


    Please do not open multiple threads regarding same issue. When this issue is resolved we will inform you via that thread.

After clearing the cache and also using an incognito browser, I am each time immediately re-directed to https://www.jotform.com/myforms. I am not able to be updated currently by clicking on the link you have provided.

    I am sorry about that. Nothing in your wizards acknowledges that a post has been submitted and when I sent something to you via your contact form there weren't any notifications that anything had been accomplished. This surprised me in that your jotform tool does both and well. So I thought "something isn't working."

    You were not able to view the thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1065427 previously because it was set to private mode

    If you were not logged in to your jotForm username at the time, you will not be able to view your questions/post/thread that were set as private.

    We were able to identify issue with our iContact integration. We already submitted a bug ticket report to the higher team support.

    We will update you on that thread once fixed.

    By formatting "private mode" in bold in your response, is that supposed to give it more emphasis, or what? I thought that I might click on it and get your definition of that but it's not linked to anything. 

    By clicking on https://www.jotform.com/answers/1065427 I am not able to see anything other than my dashboard, even though I am logged in. I am pretty sure that I need to be logged in or I would not be able to see my dashboard, edit forms, view submissions, etc. 

    I am logged in. And I am still getting the same response. Idea: since we ARE able to communicate here, at https://www.jotform.com/answers/1065943, I am happy to continue here. Would that be OK with you all? That way I can know when this is remedied.

    Yes, it supposed to give it more emphasis. 

    Considering that other thread is private and you were not logged in when you posted your question, you are now not able to open that thread. 

    When issue you reported is resolved our developer will inform you on that thread and you will also receive email to your email address.

    I will also tell our developer to post response on this thread as well. 

    Or if you want we can also set other thread to be public.

    There seems to be an issue with iContact and new accounts, but we have found a solution.

    Please try changing the password for the JotForm app on your iContact dashboard and integrating your form again using the new password.

    Let us know how it goes for you thereafter.
