Hidden items are showing when printing but not in the view

Hi when I pick low, med or high complexity all narratives for justification are showing even though in the conditions I have them hidden.  When filling our the form it works correctly but when it is submitted none of them are hidden. Thanks, Mary marykostka@aol.com

I am not sure if I understood your issue correctly. I have inspected your form and you do not have print button on it. What are you printing and how? 

Are all fields shown inside of email Notification or on submission page of your form? 

I have inspected email Notification settings of your form and hide empty fields option is checked. 

If hidden field are shown inside of your PDF report, please note that this is normal behavior if fields are filled. Empty fields are not shown by default, but hidden fields will be shown if they are filled. Conditional logic that is set inside of the form can not be applied to PDF report. 

If I did not understood your question correctly, please provide us more details about your issue. Tell us which fields that are shown, where and when. If possible provide us a screenshots of those fields.
