I want to be able to add comments to a form after the user submitted it. Collaborate with other users on how to resolve an issue. Is this possible in JotForm? I created the form below and used "Submission View".
Very similar to how you are answering my question in this type of forum. However, I don't want the person who submitted it to see it.
Please let me know.
Thank you for your help!

On JoForm version 4, you can invite co-workers to collaborate building your form:
However, if you want to allow people to add comments or assign status to the submissions, you would need to first add the person's account as a sub-user under yours: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User
So, the person can edit the submission to add a comment in a hidden field you can add in your form:
