Attachmet details not in e-mail

    Forms submitted are working apart from when the submitter adds an attachment; for some reason the email notification we get is giving no indication that there was an attachment.

    Only if I log in to the jotform website do I discover there was a file attached.

    Any ideas what's wrong?

    I have checked your notification setup and found out that the tag for the upload field is missing. To solve the issue, simply remove the current notification and re-create it. It should automatically add all the fields present on the form.

    Ah yes - I forgot to update the fields in my notifications to include one for attachments.  All sorted now - thank you for your help!
