The date picker widget is not loading on my form

    Hi, 

    I have been using the date picker widget and it seems to no longer be working. See screenshot attached.

    It is working fine here.

    Are you still unable to view this widget on your side? Perhaps it was a temporary loading issue. Please check it again. Thanks

    It seems to work on Safari but not Chrome. Can you try Chrome? thanks!

    I did test your form in Chrome browser and the date picker widget works as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
