Can we request that form data be completely deleted from your servers after we retrieve it?

Hi there,

If you want your data to be completely secure, you can try our encryption feature. This will prevent anybody from viewing the submission data unless he/she has the key to decrypt the data. Please see Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them.

We also have Auto Delete Submissions which automatically deletes submission data from our database as soon as they hit our database servers. But it is recommended only when you have your form integrated with Google Spreadsheet or other similar integrations that keep your submissions into a record as soon as they are received.
