can't figure out the security token thing.

Please refer to our user guide: Flexible-Data-Integration-With-Salesforce
You need to have Salesforce account to get the security token you will use in the integration.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you - however, I pulled my Security Token off of Salesforce and here's what I encounter:
"Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out."
doesn't seem to make a connection. this is a recent reset token

OK, solved. When I work on the jot form salesforce integration entry page, it auto loads my SF email (same as jotform) AND my jot form password, not my SF password. would be agood idea to remind users. embarassing but I thought I would share my problem, maybe others make the same mistake.

I took note of your suggestion regarding your suggestion on the SF account password. We will update our user guide to reflect this.
