Does Jotform store any credit card information on their servers?

No, jotform does not store credit card information on our servers. When a user submits a form with their payment information, the payment integration used on the form will be handling the credit card information and process the payment. Jotform simply passes this data to the payment integration for processing.

For example, you have a payment form that is integrated with Authorize.net. This means the credit card information will be handled by Authorize.net. With this, jotform users can accept payment or enable payment authorization.

Forms that collect credit card information using plain textbox fields is strictly prohibited in jotform. These forms are automatically disabled and the account is suspended.

I would also like to inform you that Jotform is PCI DSS Compliant. We have PCI Service Provider Level 2 certificate.
