Billing Receipt

Hello, i need an electronic receipt for our most recent bill for our accounts department. Please see below:

On our most recent AMEX bill, I see a charge of $79.00 from JOTFORM INC on Jan 20, 2017.

Being a non-profit organization, we need electronic receipts for all expenses. Please email the receipt to LLarson@ne-arc.org thanks!

I can only find the following receipt for the account Adamquinn, but this is for $159.00
