i need to build form that will generate a total price based on choices made from a check box list can you help get this done ? Do you offer a paid service that can do it for me fast?

Regarding your form requirements, that is possible. Perhaps you can create first the form on its basic contents so we can see what information you have on the form and you can provide us the details on how it should function.
