the link to my form is not working in safari or firefox

    Good afternoon,

    The link to my form is not working in Safari or Firefox.  Originally, it was not working in chrome, but i switched from version 4 to 3, then it worked in chrome only.  So i tried switching back to 4, but it is still not working.

    I've tested your form and it's showing up on my end in Firefox and Safari.

    I've cleared your form cache to see if that helps so please try again and let us know.

    If for some reason there's still a problem then may we know what you are doing when you run into this issue? What version of OSX do you have?
