Why condition for skipping page is not working properly?

Just an FYI, I am running out of my form views because I have been trying to debug the forms.

If you go to this form:

Enter your email, then on the second choice, choose "None of the above". When you click next, it should go to page 6, but it does not. 

I dont feel like I should run out of my form views when I am dealing with a bug.

I tested your form and I wasn't able to replicate this problem:

So it jumps to page 6 according to my tests.

For your convenience, I removed some of your views, but please be mindful that we can do this only once.
