I currently have an account under username larryback, and my email, LB@LBACKCONSULTING.COM, that was associated with a use no longer applicable. I transferred the JotForm account to the webmaster that took my place, or at least that's what I tried to do, but I keep getting notices of new forms uploaded. The user name may have been deleted but my email is still in the JotForm system. How can I delete my association with the current account and then start a new one so I can develop a form for my new neighborhood?

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I had unsubscribed your email from email subscription list. You should not receive any further emails related to account now.

Thanks very much, Ian. I now need to start a new account, but when I enter my email address to sign up, the Email field in the Create My Account screen returns "Email not available." Is there a way for me to use my email address (LB@LBACKCONSULTING.COM) to create a new account?...Larry
